GEODynamics, Inc. Announces Organizational Changes
Millsap, TX -- 25 January 2010
In response to its growing business and to ensure optimum customer service and organizational efficiency, GEODynamics, Inc. has implemented the following staff changes, with immediate effect:
- Nathan Clark is promoted to Chief Technology Officer, with overall responsibility for product development, engineering and manufacturing.
- Rob Davis becomes Vice President - Manufacturing, reporting to Nathan and responsible for procurement and logistics, shaped charge manufacturing, gun manufacturing and machining. Rob will also continue in his role as Regulatory and Compliance Officer.
- Oleg-Serguei Schkoda becomes Chief Marketing Officer with overall responsibility for business development, brand management, sales and marketing.
- Don McAda becomes Senior Sales Advisor with a broad remit to support all sales activities.
- The position of Chief Operating Officer has been eliminated and Jeff Skelly has left the company to pursue other interests.
- Within the Engineering group, John Hardesty becomes Senior Research Engineer with responsibility for the Company's perforator evaluation facilities, research and product development programs. Jim Rollins becomes Senior Systems Engineer.
- Kelvin Joslin becomes Machining Manager. Reporting to Kelvin will be Bret Wilson, who becomes Gun Shop Supervisor, and Aaron Taylor who becomes Tool & Die Supervisor.
